81suzuki gs 650 gas leaking. hi. i have a suzuki 650 and it is dripping gas out of the air cleaner box. i went through the carbs and cleaned and checked my floats, but it still has the dripping. should i get carb kits or float valves or what? it runs fine until it is ran for a few min then it wont idle.
SoI've had my eyes set on a beautiful 1982 Suzuki GS 650 for awhile, and I'm going to take my first look in person Thursday. It's owned by a friend of a friend type deal. If the carburetors are marginally plugged up, the engine will idle too high after the throttle is blipped and the idle RPM will be too high when the engine gets hot.

Won't start but when I try to give it a little throttle, it wants to start but won't run. When I check compression, all 4 have about the same compression reading of 60 that
