At the end of Bioshock Infinite, Elizabeth killed off every possibility of Comstock (minus the one exception we see in BaS, whom she kills personally). The Comstocks have been "erased" more or less, and the only reason Elizabeth and the Lutece Twins still exist is because now they are irregularities that exist throughout all known doors.
I have a few questions regarding the Burial at Sea plot. I recently played through Bioshock Infinite and the DLCs and even though I was mindblown at first I think I mostly understand the base game plot, but then Burial at Sea confuses me and seems to not make much sense. We play as a different Comstock who didn't cause the pinky to be cut off
